SINGLE-SKIN, CLOSED-TOP OPEN-FRONT BOOTH
The Ultra® XS Closed-Top Open-Front (CTOF) Booth from Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS) is an affordable, all-in-one area for prepping and painting vehicles. Single-skin walls provide cost savings without compromising quality. An expansive CTOF line, choose from downdraft or semi-downdraft airflow, and a wide variety of sizes.
Control Panel
Engage Control Panel
Standard on GFS’ Ultra XS CTOF Booths, the Engage control panel features a simplified, easy-to-use touch screen interface with enhancements such as improved temperature and pressure control and alarm tracking for better, more reliable booth performance.
Heater
BT1200 Heat Unit
Highly versatile, the Ultra XS CTOF Booth has an option of GFS’ BT1200 heat unit or exclusive, roof-integrated SpaceSaver heat system. The BT1200 can be placed on the side or rear of a paint booth and is available in forced-dry models (BTFD). Ideal for space-conscious businesses, the SpaceSaver heater effectively compacts a high-efficiency heat system into the same area as the paint booth plenum.
Airflow
Ultra XS CTOF Booths come standard with GFS’ High-Performance Airflow Ceiling in downdraft or semi-downdraft airflow models. The full-filtered ceiling provides excellent air filtration and contamination control.
Lighting
Ultra XS CTOF Booths feature four-tube hip-style lights. All GFS light fixtures are ETL and ETL-C listed, and come complete with T8 ballasts and color-corrected tubes.
Single-Skin Panels
Vertical and horizontal C-channel stiffeners combined with nut-and-bolt construction provide unmatched strength and rigidity on Ultra XS CTOF Booths. Exterior flanges provide a smooth interior surface for cleaning.
Construction
Manufactured at our U.S. facility, Ultra XS CTOF Booths are made with single-skin, galvanized steel panels that are coated on both sides with a white, baked-on polyester topcoat, creating a rust-resistant cabin. Vertical wall panels and exterior flanges create a smooth interior fit and finish.

Filters
The WAVE Aqua filter is engineered for maximum performance in shops spraying waterborne paints. GFS WAVE Aqua paint booth filters provide the highest level of removal efficiency with waterborne paints.
